You Are Making Progress, but Stress Still Owns You

You seem to be handling stress moderately.  You are surviving, but absolutely not thriving.  

While you are doing ok now, only surviving can be a very slippery slope and it is best to intervene with tools now BEFORE you have to deal with extreme burn-out.

Individuals experiencing burn-out have a much harder road to recovery so THIS IS YOUR WAKE-UP CALL to take care of yourself! Ignoring warning signs such as these can lead to a lack of passion, lack of creativity, and dis-ease. (Nope, you don't need it.)

I'm here to help you, let's not let stress own you.

We can not fully eliminate stress in our lives, so that is not our goal.  Our goal is to be able to decrease lifestyle stress, and handle stress more effectively so that we can use it to our advantage. So, you can be in the driver's seat to change.

How about we avoid coping mechanisms all together and move towards thriving.  What do you say?

  1. Don't have the skills that allow you to shift back to thriving.
  2. You have neglected your own voice for too long and it's caused you to suppress more emotionally than you have the capacity to handle. 
  3. You need extra support by someone that has already walked this road before to help you take some great steps in the right direction.
