80-159 - High Risk - the individual is on the path to burnout and needs to take proactive steps to prevent it. They might be experiencing a combination of physical and emotional symptoms that are indicative of emerging burnout.

160-200 - Active Burnout - These individuals may be experiencing severe burnout. They require immediate attention and significant intervention to recover. They are very likely to have physical and emotional symptoms of burnout that are affecting their daily life.
