Friend, don’t worry, you don’t have to get stressed. It’s a journey and you can take baby steps to good health. Â
There are really just two very easy things you can do today to improve your physical and even mental health. Â

Step 1: Drink more water. Â

It is most important to drink half your body weight in ounces. Add any ounces extra in coffee, tea or diuretics to keep properly hydrated. Â
However, OVER drinking of water, like the gallons and gallons of day trend can wash out minerals that are absolutely essential to good health.

Step 2: Don’t Drink Plain Water, Drink the best quality water you can find and ADD minerals into it. Â
